Melissa Wu leads the BWonder Co Creative + Design Lab, a strategic creative design firm with over 18 years of proven success in developing highly effective branding, advertising, and promotion campaigns. With a background as an Art Base Creative Director, Melissa has worked with top creative agencies such as DMB&B (Hong Kong), i-creative Advertising Group (Canada), TVB (Hong Kong), TAXI GROUP (USA), and OIC Concept (Hong Kong), delivering sustained success for blue-chip clients like Porsche, Manulife Financial, Coca-Cola, and many more. She brings extensive practical design experience and fluency in multiple languages to her work.

Melissa has been recognized with numerous international design awards, including the A'Design Awards, IDA Awards, The Best Brand Awards (USA), International Design Awards (USA), IF World Design Awards (Germany), Creativity International Award (USA), and Quadaward Award (USA). She is a member of HKDI (Hong Kong Design Institute), Design Management (DMI) Professional, and CG (Creative Group), and serves as a mentor under the Social Enterprises Mentorship Scheme of the Home Affairs Department, HKSAR Government.
